Hemlock Crossing Park, a part of the Ottawa County Park system, offers 239 acres of woods and wetlands along the Pigeon River. Over six miles of trails meander through bottomland and upland forest, old pine plantations and along the river. The nature center offers exhibits, a wildlife den with critters and activities as well as a wildlife viewing area for bird watching, animal feeding and nature photographs.
