CONTEMPORARY AMERICANA: Boasting our American Food Traditions
This series of classes will incorporate traditional ingredients, recipes techniques and homeland-norms brought to the Midwest, Pacific Northwest or Southwest. Recipes will celebrate what that region has to offer, which includes diverse ethnic backgrounds, vegetation and wildlife.
MIDWEST AMERICANA MENU:
Fustini’s Pantry Sampling;
Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad with Dried Cherries, Pear and Goat Cheese;
Nebraskan Pork Roasted with Apples and Mushrooms;
Walnut Bread with Fustini’s Cara Cara Vanila Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
This class is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
A limited number of seats are available online. If you have a large group or if the class you are interested in attending is sold out online please call the store to check for in store availability.
