Each year The Oliver Art Center looks forward to showcasing innovative and unexpected new work in traditional media from regional artists. OAC welcomes 2016 with the highly regarded Annual Furniture, Fiber, Photography, and Sculpture Exhibition, open from January 22 through February 27. Celebrate a new year of exceptional art at the opening reception on January 22, from 5pm to 7pm. Refreshments are provided and the reception is free and open to the public.
In addition to the show, OAC’s Cabin Fever Artist Talks are back with guest speakers in each featured media. Learn more about contemporary explorations in furniture, fiber, photography and sculpture during these fascinating presentations, all free and open to the public.

Elizabeth majored in art at Brown University, then had a career as a freshwater biologist after earning a Ph.D. at Wash. Univ. in St. Louis.
Parking at Oliver Art Center is limited. Overflow parking can be found along the east side of Second Street, which leads to Oliver Art Center, as well as on Main Street. Parking is prohibited in the adjacent lots of Harbor Lights, The United States Coast Guard Station, and at other condominiums.
