Throughout the month of May the library hosts four adult programs based on Financial Literacy. Join Sharon Jeffery, program instructor with FHE (Finance, Housing & Energy) for Michigan State University Extension for the series. Programs are held from 6-7:30pm on consecutive Wednesdays.

May 8: Credit: Your best friend or your worst enemy? This also includes information about protecting yourself from identity theft.

May 15: Tracking expenses and building a spending plan. This includes discussion of various recordkeeping systems.

May 22: Managing Debt: How much is too much?

May 29: Keeping a roof over your head: Renting, buying, foreclosure options & refinancing.
