The ever popular Culinary Arts Series showcases local restaurants and chefs.
Kicking the series off is Sue Falco of Circle Herb Farm, September 23 at 6pm. Sue shares cooking techniques that, like all classes, culminate in a meal shared by all!
For those looking to liven up their gluten-free cooking, September 30 at 6pm is a night not to miss. Sarah Rouchet helps navigate the ins and outs of gluten-free menus and dietary choices.
The popular Harbor Springs restaurant Mustang Wendy’s takes over the kitchen on Tuesday, October 7.
Chefs joining this fall’s series also include: October 14 American Spoon Café’s Chef Dettmer; October 21 Chef Allen from The Bistro at Charlevoix Country Club and October 28 Chef Ginny McCallum from A Matter of Taste at Tapawingo.
