AARP, in conjunction with the Crawford County Commission on Aging & Senior Center, presents the AARP Smart Driver Course.
Anyone age 50 and older can benefit from sharpening their driving skills and techniques as well as learning strategies and tips for coping with age-related physical changes which can make driving more difficult. There are no testing requirements. A certificate is issued and some insurance companies offer a discount if you complete the course.
The Course is held at the Grayling City Hall, 1020 City Blvd. on September 12, 8:30am-4:30pm.
$15 for AARP members, $20 for non-members (all course materials are included in the cost). Lunch is on your own. Call Karl Schreiner at 989.348.7123 to register.
Grayling is east of Traverse City where M-72 meets I-75.
