Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience & last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30pm – 4:30pm and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
Warning! Must love zesty food with a little heat, touch of smoke and a lot of intense flavor. We’ll make cajun recipes that will make you feel like you’ve been down to the Louisiana, down on the bayou. We’ll start with a roux and end with beignets. Shrimp Jambalaya, Cajun Corn and Bacon Maque Choux, Andouille sausage Gumbo, and Fresh puffy beignets.
