CAMP DAGGETT OFFERS WINTER ACTIVITIES
Camp Daggett offers great activities for families this winter. On January 26 and February 23 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., it’s the ever popular Bearcub Outfitters Torchlight Snowshoe Outing! Experience the ambiance of snow-covered trails illuminated by more than 100 torches on your trek. Afterward, come inside for a cup of hot chocolate, freshly-baked cookies and to warm up by the crackling fire in Camp’s beautiful main lodge. Buy raffle tickets for great Bearcub Outfitter products with all proceeds going to Camp Daggett. Admission is free, donations are encouraged, and snowshoes are available for all ages! Carpooling is encouraged!
Fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers or big brothers are invited to bring their sons (ages 7-14) for a fun filled Father/Son weekend, February 8-10, at Camp Daggett. Cost is $200 for father/son, plus $50 for each additional family member. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants can expect a weekend of fun and adventure as they try their hands at various outdoor activities and enjoy great meals including a wild game dinner in front of the lodge fireplace. For additional information or to register, please contact Ed Leverenz at Camp Daggett, 231-347-9742 ext 112.
