Camp Daggett has two leadership programs for businesses and organizations to utilize. Created by Karen Marietti, director of the Camp Daggett Adventure Center, and Drew Baar, assistant director, these programs are customizable and can be delivered at a location of your choosing. Marietti and Baar have both worked in the field of experiential education for many years.
The Pathfinder program is a workshop for individuals interested in discovery on a personal and professional level. Participants should expect to examine their own journey of leadership and growth, as well as be prepared to travel further down their personal road in search of greater understanding. This workshop is great for practitioners, teachers, therapists, facilitators, trainers, students, business professionals and administrators. This is a day-long program designed for 20 participants. Cost is $2,600.
The Animal Matrix workshop is a two-hour seminar, also designed for 20 participants. This thought-provoking experiential tool is used to examine varying personality types that exsit within a group or organization. Participants will learn to access and understand the varying and multiple perspectives of other personality types and styles. It will give participants the ability to identify their own individual behavioral tendencies, as well as personal leadership preferences including strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, triggers, challenges and more. Cost is $500.

Embracing its values of respect, teamwork, caring and fun, Camp Daggett offers year-round programs from summer camp for youth to Adventure Programs for young people and adults. The Camp Daggett facilities are available to the public for events and activities as well.
