The Petoskey District Library will be hosting four BiblioCommons classes for patrons to come and get acquainted with the new virtual online card catalog.  

Thursday, September 4th, Beginning BiblioCommons Class
Thursday, September 11th, Creating Lists and Sharing in BiblioCommons
Thursday, September 18th, Beginning BiblioCommons Class
Thursday, September 25th, Creating Lists and Sharing in BiblioCommons

The Beginning BiblioCommons class will teach patrons how to log in and create a username. This class will also explain how to access your account, search the new catalog and place holds.
The Creating Lists and Sharing Class goes beyond the basics and will teach you how to create your own book lists, share book lists and explore the social community of BiblioCommons.

All classes will be held in the lower level classroom of the Petoskey District Library from 2:00-3:00 pm.

To be prepared for this class you will need to bring your own device. If you do not have a lap top or tablet please feel free to come, watch and learn. You will also need to bring your library card and know your current pin. If you don’t know your current pin you can get that information at the circulation desk of the Petoskey District Library.
