This holiday season gather up friends and family for a unique culinary experience at the Hearth & Vine Café at Black Star Farms! This fun and interactive way of dining originated in the Swiss Alps and features the local award-winning raclette cheese from Leelanau Cheese Company. Sharing stories while creating personalized dishes on a raclette grill is an activity everyone will love!
Raclette dinners involve an electric table-top grill with small pans beneath called coupelles. Meats, potatoes and vegetables are brought to your table and warmed on the grill top, while slices of raclette cheese are placed in the small pans to melt. The melted cheese is then poured over your heated goodies. NOTE, grills accommodate 2-6 people.
Dinner includes: Leelanau Cheese Mild Raclette, a variety of meat such as ham, sausage or salami, potatoes, house-made focaccia bread, fresh and pickled vegetables, and Black Star Farms fruit jam or relish.
Price is all inclusive (tax and gratuity). Wine, cider and craft cocktails available for an additional charge.
