A class that shows how to add the great flavor you want to vegetarian recipes. Radish and Bean Salad; Farro with Walnuts, Cranberries and Goat Cheese; Roasted Carrots with Ricotta; Strawberry Trifle.
This class is $65 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
