We welcome Chef Matthew Nelson once again from Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island. Chef Matthew will show you some fabulous dishes that are served at the resort with Fustini’s products. Minestrone Soup; House made Marinara Sauce tossed in Pasta; House made Alfredo Sauce tossed in Pasta; Roasted Tomato Risotto with Asparagus Tips; Seared Scallops
Cost is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class.
