Most stops are suitable for all ages, but a haunted house, demon walk, and werewolf walk give thrills and chills to adults and children like.
Tickets are available online, or, beginning October 1, at the Colonial Michilimackinac Visitor’s Center. Fort Fright will happen rain or shine – tickets are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, due to loud noises, tight spaces, and the nature of the event taking place in the dark, pets are not allowed at Fort Fright. Service animals are welcome.

Take in the beautiful fall colors and Pure Michigan views. There will be activities for everyone, including face painting, cookie decorating, toy in a haystack, burlap sack racing, pumpkin ring toss, yard games, and s’mores! Everyone loves cider and donuts this time of year!

With festivities at the bottom and top of the slope, fall fun will be waiting at every corner! Enjoy activities like keg bowling, bounce houses, pumpkin bowling, tap the keg, and more!

This popular wedding event at Mission Point Resort is the perfect time to find everything you need to plan your Mackinac Island wedding! You will meet face-to-face with local vendors and island experts who can guide you through the details and logistics of planning your special day.

Every couple attending the show will have the opportunity to tour all of Mission Point’s ceremony and reception spaces and get one-on-one time with island wedding vendors including florists, DJs, photographers, ferries, fudge companies, officiants, etc. All vendors attending the show are local and familiar with Mackinac Island weddings. Participants will also experience a sample featured tasting from our wedding menu, enjoy signature drinks for those age 21+, be entered to win wedding prizes and receive a takeaway gift bag with wedding goodies.

The annual Downtown Halloween Walk will take place Saturday, October 28 from 10am to 11:30am. Businesses will be handing out candy during the event to trick-or-treaters. Locations will include the 100, 200, and 300 blocks of Front Street, as well as participating businesses on State Street.
