We got tired of people asking us if we had beer at St. Ambrose Cellars, so we went out and got a brewing license - and so began our latest adventure. Brose Brewing is what we call our microbrew operation. Made with the same care and quality ingredients we use in our mead and wine operations, our beers are just plain good.
