Sr Account Manager

Lead the Honeywell PPE efforts to exceed sales & profit objectives with Amazon companies.

Account Mgr. for Amazon - build relationships with Amazon merchants & leadership - lead our efforts to exceed sales & profit objectives. You optimize product & program offerings inc. negotiating joint objectives, strategies, & support programs. You work with Digital Marketing Specialist to define & execute annual marketing support, advertising, promotional budget while prioritizing product presentation upgrades. You work with Product teams on NPI & product updates, Supply Chain on forecasting, Customer Care on order management & program reconciliations. You will become the company expert on Amazon and overall e-commerce market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account management - engaging Amazon stakeholders

  • Internal engagement - short term - order management

  • Internal engagement - long term - NPI & forecasting

  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist - planning & optimization

  • Study / educate on Amazon & e-commerce trends

  • 30% Travel

  • Work from home- no office restriction

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of customer facing experience

  • 4 year degree or equivalent

WE VALUE

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and social media - inc. customer facing experience with e-commerce distributors

  • Solid knowledge of or ability to quickly learn full HPPE product line

  • Solid business maturity along with organization, project, and time management skills

  • Solid financial skills with understanding of pricing and customer program /cost to serve effects on profitability

  • Solid communication skills - verbal. written, presentation, and listening. Ability to confer information with clarity across

  • diverse & global teams.

  • Ability to make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
