Pasta and Raclette Cheese Bake

<ul> <li>8 ounces whole wheat rotini, cooked and drained</li> <li>3 slices thick bacon, microwaved on paper towels and chopped</li> <li>1/8 large red onion, chopped fine</li> <li>2–3 tablespoons Leelanau Cellars Chardonnay</li> <li>4 ounces mild raclette, sliced thin</li> </ul>
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add first four ingredients to ovenproof casserole, top with cheese and bake uncovered for 20–30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4 as a side dish.
