Eligible for $1000 sign on bonus ($500 upon hire and $500 upon successful completion of 180 day introductory period). ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a recognized and accredited Practical Nursing Program with current license and in good standing with the State of Michigan Board of Nursing. Works in well-lighted, comfortable nursing unit. Subject to physical demands such as lifting, walking, standing, etc. Subject to stress, time pressures and interruptions of activities. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. May be required to rotate shifts, work additional hours or work on other units within the same nursing division or with similar patient care requirements.
Works under the supervision of a registered nurse. May receive instructions from the LTC DON, Nursing Administrator or staff RN. May be responsible for shift-to-shift supervision of CENA's.
Maintains courteous professional working relationships with patients, hospital personnel, physicians and visitors.
