Iced fruit tea

<ul> <li>4 tea bags</li> <li>1 cup boiling water</li> <li>1/2 cup honey</li> <li>1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, crumbled</li> <li>1 cup orange juice</li> <li>3/4 cup pineapple juice</li> <li>1/4 cup lime juice</li> <li>Ice cubes</li> <li>1 quart plus 2 cups carbonated water</li> </ul>

Directions
Place tea bags in a medium bowl and add boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add honey and mint and mix well. Mix juices in a large container. Add tea mixture and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and add 1/2 C. tea/juice concentrate. Fill glass with carbonated water.
