Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative is always courteous when interacting with customers and coworkers while respectfully representing the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Some responsibilities can include operating a cash register, handling Carry Out, Stocking areas in need, working in the Deli area, Customer Service Counter, Meat Department, Pharmacy, or working in the gas station.
Build and sustain relationships with customers and coworkers.
Handle customer complaints with dignity and respect.
Clearly communicate effectively with coworkers, leaders and your customers.
Assist with customer concerns and needs.
Friendly personality and able to greet customers and coworkers.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills required
Pay will be based on experience from $12.00-$18.00 per hour
