Berry Good For You Smoothie

A quick and healthy way to get the most out of Northern Michigan berries.

Ingredients

<ul> <li>6 strawberries</li> <li>1/2 cup blueberries</li> <li>1/2 cup plain yogurt</li> <li>1/2 cup fat free milk</li> <li>1 tablespoon honey</li> <li>1 frozen, very ripe banana cut into chunks</li> <li>Assorted berries and mint leaf for garnish</li> </ul>

Directions
In a blender, blend on low speed strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth. Add frozen banana chunks and blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with berries and mint leaf.
