4747 - Heartland Hospice - Serving Northwestern Michigan Experience in caregiver support and counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying.
Experience in developing and conducting programs of support.
One year experience in home health care or hospice preferred.
Proficient computer skills preferred.
