Cary’s Spicy Tomato Juice
Cary Adgate, the most decorated skier in Michigan history, is a hearty believer in a healthy breakfast before he hits the slopes. Here’s his recipe for spicy, invigorating tomato juice. Add a little vodka, celery seed and fresh lime juice to your spicy tomato juice for an adult treat!
Ingredients
- 1 glass tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Claussen dill pickle juice
- 1 Claussen dill pickle
- Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic seasoning blend, add to taste
Directions
Stir the horseradish and pickle juice into the tomato juice. Sprinkle with Redfish Magic seasoning. Garnish with the pickle.
