Product Management Specialist

Honeywell Intelligrated is seeking a passionate and experienced Offering Management Specialist for Sortation Systems located in Mason, Ohio. In this role, you will develop and implement a customer and market-focused product, portfolio and life cycle strategy to achieve pipeline, revenue, and gross margin targets for the global product line. You will lead and participate in projects with cross-functional area team(s) to drive new product initiative (NPI) completion and provide support for commercial teams and customers. You will partner with the sales and channel teams to develop strategy and tactical plans to consistently identify and win new business opportunities, with successful implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Offering Manager in driving the vision, strategy, commercialization and life cycle management of Line and Sortation Portfolio.

  • Deliver market leading solutions with compelling and differentiating value propositions that incorporates the latest technology and innovations.

  • Identify and translate patterns among Customer VOC and Market Trends to inform business and product strategies, M&A opportunities and feature prioritization into the portfolio.

  • Collaborate across product groups to optimize customer solution value, including feature bundles, cross-selling and services; execute value-based pricing to optimize margin.

  • Collaborate and iterate with development teams and stakeholders on trade-offs, balance competing priorities and guide decision making in-line with product and business strategies.

  • Cultivate in depth knowledge and expertise on competitive and ongoing market dynamics; articulate impacts to Honeywell's material handling solutions strategy and execution.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop and deliver all outbound and product marketing collateral, Training Materials, Customer Presentations, Press Releases, User Conferences and Trade Shows, Social Media and Sales Campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on key revenue and business metrics monthly. Develop supporting analysis to facilitate various management decisions and trade-offs.

Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree

  • A minimum 2 years experience in product management or engineering of material handling automation and sortation solutions within warehouse automation, e-commerce or logistics industries
