Pink & Blue Violet Jelly

Ingredients

1 cup violet blossoms Juice of 1 lemon 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 package Sure-Jell pectin

Directions

Pack a cup with blossoms and put in a blender with 3/4 cups water and the juice of 1 lemon. Blend until smooth. Slowly add 1 1/2 cps sugar and blend well. Stir 1 package of Sure-Jell pectin into 3/4 cups of water and bring to a boil; boil hard 1 minute. Pour hot mixture into the blender with the other ingredients and blend 1minute. Put in jars and seal.
