Peach Betty

Peach Betty from the Northern Michigan peach harvest When the Northern Michigan peach trees are heavy with fruit at summer's end, it's time to cozy up and make a bubbling pan of Peach Betty.


  • Crust
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup oats1 cup flour
  • Peach Mixture
  • 8 to 12 peaches, pealed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon


Mix crust ingredients together, set aside. Toss peaches with sugar and cinnamon. Pour peach mixture into a 8x8 pan, sprinkle crust on top of that evenly. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
