Lemon-Almond Dipped Strawberries

A quick and easy way to turn Northern Michigan strawberries into an elegant appetizer.


  • 1 pint Early Glow strawberries, rinsed, patted dry
  • 1 jar lemon curd
  • 4 ounces almonds, chopped
  • Fresh mint for garnish


Dip strawberries in the lemon curd, then roll in chopped almonds. Arrange on platter, garnished with fresh mint. Serves six.
