Icy Fruit Tea

Iced fruit tea


  • 4 tea bags
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, crumbled
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 quart plus 2 cups carbonated water


Place tea bags in a medium bowl and add boiling water. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add honey and mint and mix well. Mix juices in a large container. Add tea mixture and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and add 1/2 C. tea/juice concentrate. Fill glass with carbonated water.
