Hillside Homestead Cream Pie

- White of two eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cups of cream
- 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
Beat thoroughly together egg whites, sugar, flour and cream. Mix in the vanilla. Bake with a bottom crust and grate nutmeg on top. Raisins may be added. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
