Hillside Homestead Buttermilk Pie

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Beat the eggs well. Add the buttermilk and mix well. Mix in the flour and sugar and the butter and vanilla. Pour into a prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30–45 minutes till it is set and very lightly browned.
