Grand Traverse Bay YMCA Fitness Programs

This Traverse City branch of the YMCA offers nutrition and fitness classes for adults, families and children, along with gym memberships.

Some of the classes and events offered are: swimming and diving in the lap pool and the family pool, soccer, pickleball, basketball, lacrosse, T-ball, flag football, Pop Warner, racquetball, tennis, swimming, triathlon training, Pilates, zumba, step, weights, core, sculpt, cross training, cardio, cycling, TRX, boot camp, dance, Taekwondo, Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, stretch and strength. For older adults there are classes for Gentle Yoga, enhanced fitness, active older and Zumba Gold.
