Garlic and Onion Cream Potatoes

  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Alden Mill House Miracle Blend
  • 1 tablespoon Alden Mill House Garlic Lover's Delight
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup heavy cream


Mix potatoes and spice blends well. In a large frying pan melt the butter and brown the onion. Add potatoes and cook on medium/high heat until potatoes are crisp on the bottom. With a wide spatula flip the potatoes and brown the other side. Turn off heat and let cool for 5–7 minutes. Pour cream evenly over potatoes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Love to cook?
