Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, grated
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted pita or pita chips, for serving
Directions
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well. If the sauce is too light and makes you pucker when you taste it, you may add a tablespoon or two of yogurt for more body.
