Berry Good For You Smoothie

A quick and healthy way to get the most out of Northern Michigan berries.


  • 6 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 frozen, very ripe banana cut into chunks
  • Assorted berries and mint leaf for garnish


In a blender, blend on low speed strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth. Add frozen banana chunks and blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with berries and mint leaf.
