Dr. Jaylene Iverson joined U.P. Ophthalmology in 2006 and is a board-certified optometrist. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry and is an active member of the Michigan Optometric Association. A native of Gladstone who now resides in Escanaba with her family, Iverson has training in both pre- and post-operative care in Lasik and cataract surgery and specializes in infant and children exams and fitting of both soft and bi-focal contact lens. She also provides treatment and management of eye disease such as diabetes, glaucoma and macular degeneration.

Edward Scarbrough OD, Scarbrough Family Eyecare, Beulah
With offices in both Beulah and Traverse City, Dr. Edward Scarbrough has been practicing optometry for more than 30 years. Scarbrough is a native of Benzie County and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University. In his spare time, Scarbrough enjoys pickleball, cycling, golfing and making maple syrup.

Dr. Jennifer Branning moved to Ludington in 1985 to join an ophthalmology practice, and in 1991, she opened West Shore Eye Care and created a more traditional optometric office.
