About Traverse City Symphony Orchestra, P45 & The Traverse City Dance Project

The Traverse Symphony Orchestra is a professional orchestra serving Northern Michigan, creating educational opportunities and community enrichment through excellence in symphonic and other musical experiences. Visit traversesymphony.org for more information on summer 2021 events and the 2021-2022 concert season.

Since launching in 2010, P45 has produced cutting-edge interpretations of international plays and musicals, giving familiar stories fresh relevance for our times. Their year-round programs have grown to include reinvented classics, new and original works by established artists, educational workshops, and imaginative storytelling in experimental forms—creating culture that entertains, provokes thought and inspires dynamic conversations within our Northern Michigan communities. They bring visiting theatre professionals from around the world to this spectacular region we call home, on the 45th parallel, and introduce audiences to their extraordinary talents.

The Traverse City Dance Project produces and presents professional dance in Northern Michigan. Dancers, choreographers, musicians, and composers gather every summer to collaborate and share the art of live theater.
