Mackinac Island Lodging Options

Venerable inns (most dating to the end of the 19th century but graciously updated) abound here. On Mackinac Island, find the legendary Grand Hotel and Mission Point Resort, as well as a slew of other inns made for whiling away island days in a rocker on the porch. Visit the Mackinac Island website for events and activities during your stay on the island.

Petoskey Area Lodging

In the Petoskey area, Stafford’s Perry Hotel, Bay View Inn and Crooked River Lodge are well-known for their gracious hospitality. For information on all locations along with booking, visit the Staffords Hospitality website. The Colonial Inn Hotel in Harbor Springs and The Terrace Inn in Bay View are two other historically fabulous places to stay.

Motorcoach & Rustic Camping Near Petoskey

The motorcoach crowd is well-covered at both Hearthside Grove Motorcoach Resort and Petoskey RV Resort through Sun RV Resorts, while great rustic and hook-up camping is available at gorgeous sites on or near Lake Michigan at Wilderness State Park and Petoskey State Park. Information for both of these rustic camping locations can be found on the Michigan DNR website.

St. Ignace Lodging Options

Just over the bridge, St. Ignace is known for its clean, vintage motels and cabin resorts that come with the best amenity of all—Yooper hospitality. Visit the official St. Ignace website to explore the wide variety of lodging options.
