This year, 2020, marks the 40th anniversary of Traverse, Northern Michigan’s Magazine. One of the ways we’ve been celebrating is through the Up North Through the Decades Photo Contest, and the results are in!
We asked our audience to submit their best photos of Northern Michigan—its beautiful scenery, wonderful people and unique experiences—for a glimpse into your time Up North throughout the years. After nearly 100 submissions, our art and editorial teams chose the top 10. Now, after 900 people have voted, we have our results! The first place winning photo will be published both on MyNorth.com and in Traverse Magazine this year. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all who submitted photos and voted, we appreciate you so much!
