Join Gopherwood Concerts in Cadillac on Saturday, March 14, for a great night of local music and a silent auction to help Gopherwood, a Northern Michigan nonprofit, continue to bring audiences world-class musical entertainment.
Proceeds from the Made in Michigan FUNdraiser go toward improving sound and lighting infrastructure as well as helping keep ticket prices as low as possible. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s fundraiser will be donated to the Ralston Bowles Family Medical Relief Fund. Ralston has performed on the Gopherwood stage many times and is a long-standing champion of live music in Michigan.

THE SCHROCK BROS BIG BAND | April 11
The Schrock Bros is a Michigan-based family trio comprised of brothers Andrew and Jasen Schrock, with their father Mark “Papa” Schrock. They write and perform songs in the Americana roots/blues/folk/rock tradition and sing them with soul and sweeping three-part harmony accompanied by guitars, bass and mandolin. The Schrock Bros BIG Band features the trio plus Michigan musical legends Michael Shimmin on drums, Terrence Massey on trumpet, Daniel Giacobassi on saxophone, Drew Howard on guitar/pedal steel and Grammy Award-winning Peter Madcat Ruth on harmonica.

Robbie Schaefer is a musician, songwriter and playwright devoted to service through the arts. He is the guitarist and songwriter for the indie-folk band Eddie From Ohio and as a solo performer, Robbie has shared the stage with Sara Bareilles, Jason Mraz, Josh Groban, Michael McDonald, Keb’ Mo and Emmylou Harris, among others. His performances—intimate, witty and soulful—are little adventures, says writer/artist Jen Lemen. Gopherwood is thrilled to welcome back this fine musician.
