All I Want for Christmas is a Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounce Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur 
  • 1 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Good squeeze of Hershey’s syrup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake on ice.
  2. Rim the glass with grasshopper cookies. Sprinkle with peppermint crunch.

Snow Bank

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Manitou Passage Rum
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Directions

  1. Shake rum and coconut cream on ice.
  2. Rim cocktail glass with coconut cream, dip in freshly shaved coconut.
  3. Add one ice cube to glass and pour in drink.

Hot Grog

Ingredients

  • 46 ounces pineapple juice
  • 64 ounces cranberry juice
  • 4 tablespoons whole cloves
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 8 cinnamon sticks broken in half

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the cinnamon sticks and cloves in the bottom of a percolator. Stir well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the top basket of the percolator. Put lid on and plug in the percolator.

Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 40 ounces water
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 2 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 ounces Whaleback Spiced Rum (per drink)

Directions

  1. Heat up all ingredients except the rum.
  2. Serve in mugs with 2 ounces Manitou Passage Rum.
  3. Garnish with a shortbread butter cookie.

Reese’s Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Reese’s infused vodka (directions below)
  • 1 1/2 ounces milk
  • 1 ounce Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur
  • Hershey’s syrup
  • Crushed Reese’s candies for rimming
  • Reese’s peanut butter cup sliced for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add infused vodka, milk and chocolate liqueur. Shake until chilled.
  2. Rim a martini glass with syrup and crushed candy.
  3. Drizzle syrup inside glass in a pattern.
  4. Pour mixture in prepared glass and garnish with Reese’s cup sliced for rim.

*To make infused vodka, fill a mason jar with 1 cup Ice Dunes Vodka and 1/2 cup Reese’s pieces candy. Cover with tight-fitting lid and shake. Refrigerate overnight, then strain.

Almond Joy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce pina colada mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with Hershey’s syrup and toasted coconut chips. *For a “fancy” glass, squeeze chocolate syrup in a pattern after rimming and before pouring shaken ingredients.
  2. Shake all ingredients with ice and pour in a martini glass.

Mounds

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 ounces pina colada mix
  • Chocolate syrup for rimming
  • Shredded coconut for rimming

Directions

  1. Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and shredded coconut. Swirl some extra syrup in a design inside the glass.
  2. Shake Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur and pina colada mix on ice.
  3. Add 1 ice cube to the bottom of a glass and pour shaken ingredients in.
  4. Garnish side of glass with a Mounds candy and sprinkle extra coconut on top.
