Imagine sipping award-winning Northern Michigan wines by the shore of Grand Traverse Bay and swaying to the sounds of local bands on a summer evening. Sound like your cup of tea (ahem, wine)? Join in the fun at the Leelanau Peninsula Wine on the Water Festival.

The 2019 Leelanau Peninsula Wine on the Water Festival will take place in Suttons Bay on Saturday, July 20 from 1–7 p.m. Location update: This year, the festival will be held at the Suttons Bay Marina – North Park due to high water levels. Guests will still enjoy views of the bay and the pavilion.

With your ticket purchase ($20 online in advance, $30 at the gate), you’ll receive a commemorative wine glass and three tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets and food are available for purchase during the event with proceeds going to the Leelanau Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

Although wine is the star of the Northern Michigan festival, beverages from local distilleries and breweries will also be available, along with some of Leelanau’s most popular eateries. And the finishing touch—live music and outdoor games! Below is the list of live performers featured at this year’s Wine on the Water Festival.
