Founded in 2007 by Executive Chef Dan Marsh and his wife, Pam, Red Ginger is an Asian-fusion dining experience located in the heart of downtown Traverse City next to the historic State Theatre. The Traverse City restaurant has stood the test of time and then some as it continues to draw big crowds. Dan is a Traverse City native and a forerunner of the culinary explosion in the area.
