This week I’m hanging in Sutton’s Bay at 9 Bean Rows with Baker Kathy Thurston, Executive Chef Samuel Plamondon, and Owner/Baker Jen Welty. The 9 Bean Rows restaurant opened in 2013 as a gathering place with a warm, communal atmosphere, good food, and good drinks. The menu truly is farm-to-table with fruits and vegetables coming straight from the 9 Bean Rows farm along with other area farms. The bread, desserts, and pastries are made from scratch at their bakery.
