Snowshoe & Hike Dinner | January 12, February 9, March 2

This dinner is for people who like a little adventure. Explore the beautiful trails at Boyne Highlands Resort on a guided snowshoe hike and then enjoy a gourmet three-course dinner. Dessert Cooking Classes @ Wren the Butcher | January 13

Learn basic techniques for making four simple and delicious desserts: chocolate pot de creme, poached pears, coconut cake, and creme anglaise. Classes will be held at Wren the Butcher, a delicious new Traverse City restaurant inside the State Street Marketplace. Get your tickets.

Aonach Mor Moonlight Dinner | January 13 + More dates Available

This dinner has all the elements of a perfect date—sleigh ride through the snow, warm bonfire, candlelight dinner—all atop North Peak at Boyne Highland Resort. On clear nights, you can even see the lights of the Mackinac Bridge. View the menu and get your tickets.

Sips & Soups | January 20

This annual wine tasting event isn’t a traditional dinner, but it sure is fun. You’ll enjoy a small cup of soup and wine pairings at 20 wineries along the Leelanau Peninsula Wine Trail. Plus you’ll feel good knowing $5 from each ticket sold is being donated to local food banks. Bonus! After your featured soup and wine pairing, most wineries offer an additional two to three complimentary wine tastes. (This event sold out in 2016 and 2017 so get your tickets early.)

Mari Vineyard at The Cooks’ House | January 23

Join The Cooks’ House for a five-course dinner paired with amazing wines from Mari Vineyards. If you haven’t been before, this Traverse City restaurant sits inside a darling white house on Wellington Street. You’ll instantly feel at home. Get your tickets.

Sausage Making workshop @ Wren the Butcher | January 27

This hands-on class will guide you through proper equipment use and technique to make homemade fresh sausages from scratch. You’ll also learn different ways to incorporate sausage into a variety of dishes. Do the workshop with friends, and grab a beer afterward at Monkey Fist Brewing Co. located right next to Wren the Butcher in the State Street Marketplace. Get your tickets.
