10th Annual Traverse City Turkey Trot | Traverse City

Two race distances—5K and a 5-mile—both give back to charities. Plus, participants take home lots of swag. Get your whole family involved!

13th Annual 5K Walk/Run Turkey Vulture Trot | Thompsonville

Crystal Mountain’s scenic terrain sets the course for their annual Turkey Vulture Trot. The paved, looped-course invites runners of all ages. Top finishers in the 5K take home a Crystal Premier Season Pass. There’s even a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk at 10 a.m. Proceeds benefit Wings of Wonder.

Turkey Leg 5K Run/Walk | Harbor Springs

No T-shirts. No metals. No official timer. This 5K is stress-free. Supporting the Harbor Springs Food Pantry, 100% of entry fees go toward food purchases for local families—$10 suggested donation per participant. Strollers welcome; please, no dogs.

Turkey Trot 5K Race and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk | Boyne City

Runners are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items to donate to area food pantries. All proceeds from the event will go to Kiwanis Club of Boyne City.

YMCA of Northern Michigan Turkey Trot | Petoskey

Join the YMCA of Northern Michigan for the annual Turkey Trot in downtown Petoskey. The YMCA along with sponsors 4Front Credit Union, Fletch’s and Blue Cross Blue Shield, host the race to raise money for the YMCA as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Annual Turkey Trot | Charlevoix

The annual Turkey Trot in Charlevoix is sponsored by the Charlevoix Area Hospital. This event is for both runners and walkers. Strollers and leashed, friendly pets are also welcome. Costumes are encouraged! A photo booth will be set up to help capture the fun.
