Thru November 30 | Support a local jewelry designer!
Sarah Abend uses the centuries-old technique of ceramics to create a fun, locally sourced line of jewelry in small batches. Her business, GRAMMAR, is based in Lake Ann. Sarah’s Kickstarter campaign is underway now through November 30. Supporters choose their level of support and reward (jewelry!), which they receive if the project is funded. Your jewelry will be shipped before December 20—just in time for the holidays!

November 3–January 2 | Higher Art Gallery, “Give the Gift of Art”
Original, affordable art! All of the work selected for this event is the perfect size for gift giving, and everything is at a specific price point. A wide range of styles will be available from 19 artists at Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City. 

November 4 | Bellaire Holiday Gift Fair
Featuring over 60 regional artisans with everything from jewelry and soaps to maple syrup, custom furniture and more. Raffles held every 30 minutes throughout the day with prizes!

November 4 | AC PAW Christmas in November Holiday Craft Show
Bring your pets for photos with Santa Paws in Traverse City, and get them microchipped (pre-register with AC Paw and save $10)! Plus, shop 50+ local vendors, get goodies from the mega holiday bake sale and enter to win tons of door prizes are raffles.

November 9–December 2 | Noël Night
An exclusive Up-North gift basket shopping event with complimentary admission, hors d’oeuvres, live music, premium wine tastings and regional gift basket delivery. Held at Grand Unity Event Center. St. Michael Academy will receive a small portion of each sale.

November 10 | The Children’s House Holiday Art Market
Boasting local artisans and craftsman as well as delicious food and activities for children.

November 12 | Crooked Tree Arts Center Holiday Wine Market Swirl
Cross gifts and wine off your to-do list! This celebration will pair 30 wines and appetizers perfect for holiday parties. Sample and place orders at Symons General Store in Petoskey while you shop the galleries and listen to the festive sounds of Chris Koury. Advance tickets $20; day-of tickets $25.

November 17–December 23 | Charlevoix Circle of Arts Annual Circle Market
During the opening, gallery artists will offer live demonstrations illustrating their work process. Music will be performed by Ruth Willis and there will be a host of holiday treats and a free gift-wrapping station. Over 40 artists and a variety of mediums will be represented.

November 18 | Traverse City Shop & Sip Craft Market
Over 70 vendors, 2 full bars, valet service and free parking and admission. The event is held at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, which is offering special hotel prices for shoppers!

November 18 | TCTA/TCAPS Annual Scholarship Craft Show/ Bake Sale /Silent Auction
Enjoy lunch and refreshments while you shop local vendors. There will also be a bake sale and visits with Santa Claus. The event is a fundraiser for TCAPS scholarships awarded to the most improved student at each Traverse City area public high school.

November 24–25 | Holly Pop! @ Leland’s Old Art Building
This immersive, pop-up shopping experience, for kids and adults, celebrates the magic of the season. Outside, shop for wreaths and trees, and pet the reindeer. Then warm up by the fire while you sip hot cocoa. Inside, browse artisanal gifts presented like holiday window displays of days gone by.

November 24–25 | Merry Makers Marketplace
This year, the expanded event will be held in Crooked Tree Arts Center’s Petoskey galleries and the Carnegie Library Building to accommodate over 40 artists.

November 25 | Christmas in the Village Arts Fair
Held at the Village Arts Building in Northport, sponsored by the Northport Arts Association.

November 25 | Glen Arbor Holiday Marketplace
Locally made gifts from more than 25 artisans, plus holiday greenery and a chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus!

November 25 | Empire Artisans Marketplace
Pottery, birch bark cards, handmade wooden crates, handwoven baskets, knits and fibers, maple syrup, home decor, lip balm, cheese trays, beadwork, clocks, freeze-dried snacks and so much more! The Empire United Methodist Church will also be at the marketplace featuring their Alternative Gift Giving program with representatives from charitable organizations such as Buckets of Rain, Heifer Int’l, On the Ground and more.

November 25 | Holly Berry Arts & Crafts Fair
An indoor art fair featuring more than 100 artists at Frankfort High School.

November 25 | Christmas Cider & Crafts at Towline Cider
Sip mulled cider and wine, enjoy music by Jeff Brown, decorate cookies and do a little shopping—craft vendors, cider specials and gift packs available! The first 25 shoppers will get a Townline Cider swag bag.

November 25 | Winter Fantasy Art Show
Artists are carefully selected to provide shoppers with a wide range of original artwork and gifts, stocking stuffers, holiday decor and local specialty goods. All items are handcrafted in Northern Michigan. Held at Historic Elk Rapids Town Hall.

December 2 | Holiday Hobby Craft Show
Check out 150 arts and crafts vendors from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Boyne City High School, benefitting the school Booster Foundation.

December 9–10 | Little Fleet Holiday Market
Mulled cider and holiday tunes will get you in the shopping mood. Two days to browse a stellar lineup of vendors.

December 16 | Holiday MRKT SHARE
Warehouse MRKT’s annual holiday craft pop-up features 20 Michigan vendors, festive spirits and a fun (indoor!) shopping experience.
