This summer, set sail on the historic Straits of Mackinac with the pirate crew of the ship Good Fortune. On this new pirate-themed cruise based in Mackinaw City, passengers are transported back to a time when there were pirates on the Great Lakes. This family-friendly cruise is designed for children 5 and up, but all ages are welcome on board!

The hour and 15 minute cruise includes plenty of entertainment from swabbing the deck to pirate dancing.

The ship departs from the Star Line dock and heads out into the Straits of Mackinac. It sails under the Mackinac Bridge en route to Fort Michilimackinac where the pirates on board will have the opportunity to fire cannons at the fort!

During the journey, the Good Fortune crew will teach passengers how to walk, talk and act like a pirate. Voyagers will also search for treasure and learn how to sword fight!

There are snacks and drinks available for purchase onboard and once the newly inducted pirates return to the dock, there will be opportunities to purchase pirate memorabilia. In the future, there will be adult cruises and the opportunity to rent the Good Fortune as a private charter.

Ticket pricing and more can be found online. Follow Mackinaw Pirate Cruises on Facebook and Instagram for daily updates!
