This year’s North American Snow Festival is joining forces with Porterhouse Presents to bring the festival downtown to the Cadillac Commons. The new combination will feature festival favorites from years past, as well as several additional events on the weekend’s schedule.

The 33rd annual festival kick’s off will be Thursday, February 2 with the Great American Chili Cook-off, which will be featured live on WTCM. There will be snowmobile racing on Friday and Saturday at a NEW location in Boon—don’t forget your buttons! The Snowmobiler’s Ball is Friday night featuring the Michigan native band Wayland (listen to their music here). Entry to the heated beer tents downtown will require tickets Friday and Saturday night and is 21+.
Other festival events include a Yeti Redi 5K run, an ice fishing tournament, arm wrestling, a polar dip and dog sled rides. With 24 events for all ages over the three-day festival, this is sure to be a great time for the whole family. For the full schedule of the weekend’s events click here.
