This Friday, November 18, the Ramsdell Regional Center for the Performing Arts in Manistee is hosting a performance by four Interlochen Center for the Arts faculty members. This historic venue was designed to maximize the experience of live performances, featuring renowned acoustics and intimate seating that allows for great vantage points wherever one sits.

The Interlochen Faculty Singer-Songwriter Showcase quartet includes:

Courtney Kaiser: An ICA graduate herself, Courtney has gone on to perform with names that include John Mellencamp and The Wallflowers. She has two solo albums for purchase on iTunes, and her band, Kaiser Cartel, has an additional four available.

Kyle Novy: A singer-songwriter program instructor at ICA, also works with performers around the country as a producer and audio engineer. This talented musician writes and performs for the piano, mandolin, drums and bass, just to name a few.

Crispin Campbell: A chamber music and string improvisation instructor for over 30 years at ICA. Currently, a member of the school’s string quartet and two other ensembles, and has performed around the globe as a cellist.

John Driscoll: Also a graduate of ICA, John has been teaching around the state for the last 10 years. His teaching crosses into the digital world with courses in music business and entrepreneurship for high schools across the country and private classes for individuals around the world.
