Join Pour Public House and Traverse Magazine Food & Drinks Editor, Tim Tebeau, on Tuesday, October 18 for a special four-course, farm-to-table wine dinner celebrating the harvest from Petoskey-area farms.

Pour’s Executive Chef, Scott Wiltjer, has collaborated with local farmers at Bear Creek Organics and Pond Hill Farm (featured ‘Farm Market All-Stars’ in the October issue of Traverse Magazine) as well as Blackbird Gardens and Spirit of Walloon to craft a creative harvest menu showcasing Northern Michigan’s early fall bounty.

Each course will be paired with small-batch artisanal wines from Northern Italian family vineyards selected by Pour’s Sommelier, Todd Chinnock. Tim Tebeau will be on hand to host the event and discuss the synergy between local food and global wines.
